Quick answer: IPTV in Canada streams live TV over your internet to a player app on a Firestick, smart TV, phone, or computer. iptvvpro plans cost €45 for 1 year, €90 for 2 years, and €120 for 3 years, with setup help on WhatsApp.
IPTV basics
What is IPTV?
IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television. Instead of arriving through a cable line or a satellite dish, live channels are streamed over the internet to a player app on your TV device, computer, or phone.
How does IPTV in Canada differ from cable?
Cable needs a physical line and a rented box for each TV. IPTV in Canada only needs your existing internet connection and a device you probably already own, such as a Firestick or smart TV. There is no installer visit and no equipment to return.
Is IPTV the same as Netflix or Crave?
No. Netflix and Crave are on-demand libraries from a single company. IPTV gives you live channels on a schedule, like cable, usually together with a movie and series library. Many households keep one on-demand app alongside IPTV.
What is an EPG?
The electronic program guide is the TV listings grid inside your player app. It shows what is on now and next on each channel. Our IPTV glossary explains EPG, M3U, Xtream Codes, and other terms.
Plans, prices & payment
How much does iptvvpro cost?
Plans are €45 for 1 year, €90 for 2 years, and €120 for 3 years, paid once. The 3-year plan is the best value at €40 a year.
Why are prices in euros for customers watching IPTV in Canada?
Our billing is in euros. Your card or bank converts the amount to Canadian dollars at the current rate. Some credit cards add a foreign transaction fee, so check your card terms.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay for the term you choose. There is no auto-renewal and no cancellation fee.
How do I order?
Tap “Order on WhatsApp” on the pricing page, tell us which plan you want, and we explain the payment options. Your login and setup steps arrive on WhatsApp after payment.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Read the refund policy for the details, and message us on WhatsApp first if something is not working. Most problems are setup issues we can fix quickly.

Devices & setup
Which devices work?
Firestick and Fire TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android TV boxes, Chromecast with Google TV, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and Windows or Mac computers. Roku has limited support.
Which app should I install?
IPTV Smarters Pro is the easiest start on most devices. TiviMate is the favourite on Firestick and Android TV. On Samsung and LG TVs, IBO Player and similar store apps are common.
How long does setup take?
Around 10 minutes. Install the app, enter your login, and wait a minute or two for the channels and guide to load. Our setup guide has device-by-device steps.
Can I use it on more than one TV?
You can install the app on several devices. How many can stream at the same time depends on your plan, so ask us before setting up extra screens.
Internet & troubleshooting
What internet speed do I need for IPTV in Canada?
About 10 Mbps for one HD stream and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. For several TVs at once, add the numbers together and leave some headroom. A stable connection matters more than a big number.
Does it work with my ISP?
Yes. IPTV runs on Rogers, Bell, Cogeco, Vidéotron, Telus, Shaw, TekSavvy, Start.ca, Starlink, and any other stable connection. You do not need to change providers.
Why does my stream buffer?
The usual causes are weak Wi-Fi at the TV, an overloaded device, or peak-hour congestion. Try Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, restart the device, and clear the app cache. The buffering guide lists every fix in order.
Do I need a VPN?
A VPN is not required. Some people use one for privacy, and a few ISPs manage streaming traffic at busy times. If you use a VPN, pick a nearby Canadian server so it does not slow your stream.
Legal & safety
Is IPTV legal in Canada?
IPTV as a technology is legal and used by Canada’s largest telecoms. What matters is whether the content is licensed. Our article on IPTV legality explains the Canadian rules and recent court cases. Customers are responsible for using any service lawfully.
Is it safe to install a player app?
Install player apps from your device’s official store where possible, or from the developer’s own website. Avoid modified APKs from unknown sources, and never give a player app your banking details.
