1. Get your login details

2. Install a player app

3. Enter your login
Open the app, choose to add a playlist or user, and type in the details. Most apps offer two ways to log in, explained in the table below.
4. Let the channels and guide load
The first time, the app downloads the full channel list and the electronic program guide (EPG). Give it a minute or two. After that, it opens straight to your channels.

Before you start: check your connection
- 10 Mbps of steady speed is enough for one HD stream; 25 Mbps or more for 4K.
- Run the speed test on the TV device itself, not on your phone next to the router.
- Ethernet beats Wi-Fi. If you must use Wi-Fi, use the 5 GHz band.

IPTV setup on Windows and Mac
On a computer you have two easy options. The first is a desktop player such as IPTV Smarters for Windows or macOS: install it, choose Xtream Codes, and enter your login. The second is VLC Media Player, which is free on both systems: open VLC, choose Media → Open Network Stream (on Mac: File → Open Network), paste your M3U link, and press Play. VLC is great for a quick test but has no proper guide, so a dedicated player is better for everyday viewing.

How long does IPTV setup take?

Which app should I use?
IPTV Smarters Pro is the easiest place to start on most devices. TiviMate is the favourite on Firestick and Android TV for its guide. On Samsung and LG TVs, IBO Player or a similar store app is common.
The app says my login is wrong. What should I check?
Check for extra spaces, capital letters, and the http:// part of the server address. Typing on a TV remote is error-prone, so copying the details on a phone and using the app’s remote-entry feature, if it has one, helps.
Can I use the same login on several devices?
