These terms apply when you use iptvvpro.ca or buy a iptvvpro plan. By ordering, you agree to them.

1. The service

iptvvpro provides access to an IPTV service that streams TV over the internet to a player app on your device. Channel line-ups and on-demand content can change over time. We do not guarantee that any particular channel or programme will be available for the whole term.

2. Orders and payment

  • Orders are placed on WhatsApp. A plan starts when we send your access details.
  • Prices are in euros (EUR). Your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
  • Plans are paid once for the term chosen and do not renew automatically.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You need your own internet connection and a compatible device.
  • Keep your access details private. Do not resell or publicly share them.
  • Use the service only for personal viewing and in line with the laws that apply where you live.

4. Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but streaming depends on many things outside our control, including your internet provider, your home network, and third-party apps. Short interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control can happen.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or end access, without refund, if access details are shared or resold, if the service is misused, or if payment is reversed.

6. Third-party apps and devices

Player apps and devices are made by other companies. iptvvpro is not affiliated with Amazon, Google, Apple, Samsung, LG, Roku, or any app developer mentioned on this site, and is not responsible for their products.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
